Founded in 2008 with offices in the USA, Asia and Europe, Gotransverse helps businesses in various sectors such as hi-tech, media, finance, logistics, and telecom. Among their biggest clients are Salesforce, Nokia, Oracle, Amazon Web Services, Deloitte, PwC, and Accenture. Issue

Gotransverse needed to set up a remote full-stack development team and manage its operations in three EU countries. To achieve this purpose, the company interviewed numerous EoR vendors; however, none of them provided both qualified employer-of-record services and professional IT recruitment assistance. Eventually, Gotransverse found out about Alcor and chose to work with us, since we were the only provider of a combo package of EoR and tech recruiting offerings (that met their expectations).

Solution

We started our cooperation with Gotransverse by allocating a team of 7 IT researchers, 3 IT recruiters, a dedicated account manager, and lawyers. Our skilled tech recruitment team began working on client vacancies by forming ideal candidate profiles, creating the right employee value proposition, preparing eye-catching job descriptions, and headhunting the best-fitting candidates. Almost all the CVs that we presented to Gotransverse were successful and resulted in the first HR interview with a brief technical screening.
