Issue
The company had a tough time finding new people to join their team. Despite persistent efforts spanning several months, SBTech had no luck in filling 20 positions.
The outsourced HR agencies that SBTech initially worked with didn't show the desired results either.
The company urgently needed new developers as some strategic business processes inside the company were on hold.
Solution
The SBTech team hired four recruiting providers, including Alcor. We engaged our professional headhunters and a dedicated account manager to provide 24/7 client support. This team put into action their best research techniques to meet the tight deadline of 1 month.
Once all the details were ironed out, we started full-scale tech recruitment activities using Executive Search among existing competitors. While we found many promising candidates, the recruitment process could not cross the finish line. 10 out of 20 vacancies were still unfilled.
So, we decided to change our strategy by focusing on the two toughest-to-fill positions. After we shared our findings with the client, they reconsidered the requirements for these vacancies and we finally managed to close them. And the work went on.
