The company provides biologists and chemists with digital products used by scientists to streamline every step of the research, such as patient treatment solutions and clinical trial platforms, etc. Over 2 million researchers are already using Dotmatics multi-modal biologics R&D platform. Issue

Prior to collaborating with Alcor, Dotmatics had already set up offices in USA, Ireland, and New Zealand. The company saw no limit to further business expansion, but in their view, traditional IT outsourcing was done and dusted. Their unique biological product required meticulous development supervision.

Solution

We consulted the client on recruitment in Eastern Europe and fine-tuned their vacancies to fit the local tech markets. As soon as we were done with Dotmatics’ employer value proposition and agreed upon the ideal candidate profile, Alcor launched IT executive search.

Dotmatics received a group of researchers, 4 headhunters, and a key account manager to cover full-cycle tech recruitment and manage arising queries. We scoured our HR sources, social media, and a 253K internal candidate network. After unearthing tech gems, we forwarded the first CVs of verified candidates in just 5 days, 80% of which were approved.

Throughout the hiring process, we kept in touch with Dotmatics by sending weekly reports on the CVs processed and interviews conducted. Plus, we dealt with counteroffers and persuaded the candidates to proceed with Dotmatics. Most of them now form the company’s core Eastern European IT team.
